During my career, I can claim a success rate of over 90% in matching a Candidate to an Employer.  For the remaining 10% I can assure you that after working with me they didn’t feel like they’d lost.


OK, if they didn’t get that job, what did they win you ask?  

 

They gained back some CONFIDENCE.  They saw themselves through someone else’s eyes.  They received VALIDATION.  They also changed their opinion of themselves.  Their BELIEF system got challenged.  Their ACTIONS changed.  Which led to their RESULTS changing too.


Out of the remaining 10%, they walked into their next job interview using the tools and skills they discovered with me and had the distinct advantage over the other guy/girl, and most of them got THAT job.

 

 


So many Job Seekers fail to recognise their SKILLS.


They don’t know the RULES.


And if they can obtain an interview, often they don’t leave an IMPRESSION, that leads to a JOB OFFER.  


They fail to recognise their WORTH and if you convey a lack of CONFIDENCE in your skills and abilities, why would an Employer see past your own DOUBT?


The most rewarding experience I have had over my career isn’t when I find an Employer the right Candidate.

 
That’s certainly part of the reward, but the MOST REWARDING part is when I help a Candidate recognise their WORTH, identify their SKILLS, help them identify the RIGHT JOB for them (not just any job) and assist them to seize the  OPPORTUNITY to grow.
