Job summary

We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist that has PRE-EXISTING Telstra Product & Services experience.

This is a Help Desk Support role, so if you’ve got Telstra Product & Services and CALL CENTRE experience, this role would be perfect for you!

Telestar’s Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) provides single point of accountability, specialised telecoms support for all managed services.

Our ESD team are the driving force for ensuring all requests are completed within SLA's.


Operating under a professional call centre environment, ESD process hundreds of requests each and every day under a carefully monitored and constantly coached environment.

Job details

The Service Delivery Support Specialist provides assistance to the Service Delivery Team both in Australia and China, the Finance Team, Human Resources Department and Management, in responding to inquires and requests relating to billing, mobile, fixed and data products, back of house and Telstra systems and processes.


You are responsible for Quality Control and management of timely and effective customer service delivery.


  • Help Desk and Customer Service experience

  • Telstra Mobility – Pin PUK, Suspension/Deactivation, Mobile Number Porting, Mobile Diversions, Portal Assistance, Roaming, Transfer of Ownership, Network Faults, Buy Back, Repair Pool Management, etc.

  • Telstra Fixed Services experience desirable – Data, Voice, PSTN, ISDN, T-Biz, TIPT, NextIP, ADSL, NBN, Ethernet, Fibre, etc.

  • Active Listening, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Priority Setting and Composure are all skills required to excel in this role!
